For the inspection of your Honda you can call SGS, they can be reached at 1-800-340-4080; when calling please have your account number or VIN number available.

2. How do I access my payoff?

For any details on your lease you can contact American Honda directly at (800) 457-9929, please be prepared with your social security number as it is required to pull your information.

3. What are my options at the end of the lease?

You have several options available to you at the end of your lease.
  • Option 1: Releasing another vehicle, which consists of you walking away from your current lease and driving away in a brand new vehicle.
  • Option 2: Paying off the balance of your Honda and keeping your vehicle. If you prefer to finance your vehicle, please call us at (866) 507-5398 to inquire about special financing options. One of our lease coordinators will be happy to assist you.
  • Option 3: Walk away and make your decision later.

This is an inspection that is done before Honda has a chance to look at your vehicle. We do an inspection that saves our customers time and money.

7. I received a letter with a pre-set appointment at Hillside Honda, but I cannot make it?
